First Visit

BEFORE THE FIRST VISIT:

Before your initial consultation, one of our team members will assist you with some brief paperwork. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.

CONSULTATION:

Upon entering our office our team will welcome you as a member of our practice. You will begin a consultation with Dr. Marsh where your detailed health history will be discussed. During this consultation the doctor will review your goals for care and how our office will be a guide for you to meet your goals. Please ask any and all questions you have. We’re here to serve you!

EXAMINATION:

After your consultation, Dr. Marsh will perform a complete chiropractic examination. Initial tests and assessments will include a postural exam and range of motion tests. Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation. Most practice members are amazed once they view their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

REPORT OF FINDINGS: (2nd Visit)

Dr. Marsh’s top priority is detecting nervous system interference and subluxation. Once all the examinations and information have been reviewed, Dr. Marsh will sit down with you and show you your exam findings. You will be told what’s wrong, if we can help you, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If Dr. Marsh believes that chiropractic treatment can not help your problem, he will recommend an alternate course of action. We will also review affordable payment plans that are suited to your financial situation. Many people do not have insurance coverage, so payment options are affordable whether you have insurance or not.
